Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-Order Products Made-to-order items take 7–14 business days, with shipping included. Should your order require additional time, we will personally reach out to keep you informed every step of the way.
Delivery Times
- Local (South Africa): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all South African orders over R1500.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
